myHappymind
We started our myHappymind journey in 2024 to support children’s mental health and wellbeing and are proud to be a myHappymind school. myHappymind is an award winning program for schools that has been commissioned by the NHS. It teaches preventative habits that support mental health, resilience and self-esteem. All concepts are taught based on science and research and are grounded in neuroscience and positive psychology.
